For Fast Track Build & Host, we prioritise your project and launch in around 3–5 working days after receiving content and payment. The exact timing depends on how quickly we can gather everything we need from you.

Build & Host means we build your website and manage the hosting, updates, and technical maintenance for £39/month. You get ongoing support and can request changes whenever you need them.

Build & Export is a one-off payment of £349 – we build the site, then hand it over to you to host yourself. This is great if you already have hosting or want full control, but you'll be responsible for technical updates and changes.

No! We'll guide you through what we need. If you have existing text, photos, or branding, that's great – but if not, we can help you put something together. The important thing is that you know your business; we'll help shape that into website content.

Absolutely. If you're on a Build & Host package, you can request updates and changes anytime as part of your monthly support. Just email or call us with what you need – updating prices, adding photos, changing opening hours, etc.

For Build & Export clients, you're responsible for managing your own updates, but we can discuss ongoing support separately if needed.

Yes! While we're based in the UK, we work with small businesses anywhere. Everything is done remotely via email, phone, and video calls, so your location doesn't matter. We just ask that you're comfortable communicating in English.
